These terms and conditions set out the agreement made between you and IME Design Ltd. ("IME Design" / "we" / "us") when viewing and purchasing items from the website. These terms and conditions can be changed and updated at any time and you have agreed to be bound to them when using the website, so we encourage our customers to check them regularly.
All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos used within this website are the property of their respective owners.
General
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and IME Design unless and until IME Design accepts your order by way of taking money either by cashing a cheque or charging a credit card.
You undertake that all details you provide to IME Design for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.
You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform IME Design as soon as possible.
You agree that e-mail can be used as a long distance means of communication.
Liability
IME Design does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on IME Design is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these terms and conditions.
IME Design will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, IME Design shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem within 3 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Processing of Orders
Credit and debit cards are debited on the date of order. All prices are listed in UK pounds (£/GBP) Sterling. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. The delivery charge of all orders to the UK and Internationally are applied at the point of sale.
IME Design accepts the following credit or debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, JCB, Solo and Visa Electron. We do not accept American Express. Orders from outside the UK will be automatically processed by the card issuer at the current exchange rate; IME Design is not responsible for any charges levied by the card issuer of fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Delivery/Risk
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
IME Design wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from us but please choose your products carefully, as we do not send out products on approval.
If you are for any reason unhappy with your order please contact Graham on 020 8524 1084. We will do our best to rectify the problem.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If the damage is only apparent upon opening please contact us as soon as possible.

Should you have any reason for complaint in regards to your dealings with IME Design, please use the contact form.
The contract between IME Design and its customers shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, the English courts will have final jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Security policy
IME Design takes every precaution to protect our customer's information, all customer account details are protected by password. All our online payments are undertaken by a third party who use security servers. We take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from IME Design.com.

We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:-
- you fail to make a payment to us when due;
- you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or otherwise);
